For those of you that do not know me, my name is Mark Roussin and I am a licensed CPA in the state of California. After college, I worked in public accounting at a Big 4 Accounting firm, working on an array of large public and private companies.

During my time in public accounting, I learned a great deal on how great businesses are run as well as poor businesses, from a leadership and operations standpoint. I also learned the ins and outs of financial statements, which coincided with my passion for investing.

In 2020, at the start of the pandemic I launched my first social media account, which was my Twitter account (@Dividend_Dollar). I set out to help educate others about the world of finance and investing. Let’s just say things took off and I now have a following of nearly 90,000 followers on that platform. Since then I have launched a growing YouTube channel, a growing Instagram channel, and now the #1 Newsletter on substack for Dividend Stocks.

Fast forward to today, and I have since quit my 9-5 job as a Vice President of Accounting for a private real estate firm to pursue my passion as both an entrepreneur and someone looking to help educate and empower investors of all ages to meet their financial goals.
